The hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts, offering easy access to nearby roadworks and the train station that takes you into the heart of the city. the room was newly refurbished and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a long day exploring Edinburgh's Christmas market. the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to assist with our needs. the hotel offers free Wifi for 30 minutes, with the option to purchase 24-hour usage for only £3.00.
The breakfast offered by the hotel was disappointing, consisting of a box of cornflakes, muffin, milk.

Plenty of tea, coffee, and milk available in the room was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.- The location was convenient for us, with easy access to nearby amenities.
The car park was not very nice upon arrival, and the distance between the entrance and car park was inconvenient, especially in bad weather or for disabled guests. The disabled bathroom could use some TLC and improvements.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a surprisingly great stay. The location may seem a bit off-putting at first, with it being situated near a slip road and some boarded-up buildings, but don't let that fool you. The hotel is actually a hidden gem.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and there is really nothing negative to say.

the shower was excellent, with good water pressure and temperature control. the free parking on, site was a great convenience, allowing us to easily come and go without having to worry about finding a parking spot. Best aspects: the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring both the city center and nearby towns. It was conveniently situated near major roads, making it easy to commute to different areas.
The exterior of the hotel appeared a bit tired and run down, giving off a negative first impression. the lack of on, site dining options, such as a restaurant or breakfast service, was a slight inconvenience.
